We are having a very close relationship with our principals and all of them are highly satisfied with our service. We are maintaining the one and only HVC (High Volume Centre) in Sri Lanka which is approved by Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications for performing advance repairs of Sony Ericsson mobile phones as well as we perform the advance levels of repairs of Beetel, Sagem and Nokia phones. Our overseas trained professional technical staff is capable to handle any kind of technical issues and they perform multi brand repairs under one roof.

Warranty for Your GSM Mobile Phone
Please read through the following important points prior to using your mobile phone.
  1. The phone, Battery and Charger should have warranty stickers. If the stickers are found missing, call over at the Show Room with the complete unit immediately. Warranty becomes void if the stickers are found to be tampered with.

  2. User manual should be read and understood before charging/using the phone.

  3. After sales service and warranty against manufacturing defects for mobile phones are provided by "THE SERVICE CENTRE"

  4. Your mobile phone will be serviced, repaired or replaced within 24 hours by "THE SERVICE CENTRE"

  5. Please visit to our Show Rooms for original Accessories. Warranty for the Phone, Battery, Charger etc. becomes VOID if original accessories are not used.

  6. WARRANTY for your mobile phone (Transceiver Unit, Battery, Charger & Accessory) is valid for a period of 12 months.

  7. It is necessary that original purchase documents are produced to obtain WARRANTY and after sales services.

Your Safety
  1. It is important that you always turn off your mobile phone before removing the battery.

  2. Always treat your phone with care and keep it in a clean and dust-free place.

  3. Do not attempt to open the phone. Non-expert handling may damage it.

  4. Do not expose your phone to liquid or moisture or humidity. If any liquid has got in side the phone remove the battery as soon as possible. If the charger is connected,disconnect it and submitt the phone to "THE SEVICE CENTRE".Liquids or moisture can contain minerals that will corrode electronic circuits.

  5. Do not expose your phone to extreme high or low temperatures.

  6. Do not drop, throw, knock, shake or try to bend the phone. Rough handling can break internal circuit boards and display. If you dropped the phone do not try to switch on it.phone should be taken to "THE SEVICE CENTRE" for inspect whether the internal circuit boards are damaged.

  7. Do not keep the battery without charging. As soon as you get the "battery low" signal, re - charge the battery. If not after sometime back the battery gets fully discharge (Phone it self draws a little current from the battery to retain the memory, even though the phone is switched off) If you are not using the phone, fully charge the battery and keep it separately. Recommend to check the condition of the battery on regular intervals. In case if you found the battery is fully discharge, please submitte the complete set to "THE SEVICE CENTRE"

  8. If you decided to hand over the phone to repairs related to any battery problem, do not forget to produce the complete set. (Phone, Battery, Charger & SIM card)

  9. If you are traveling frequently or you are receiving poor signals (less than 3 signal bars on the display) it is normal that the battery runs down very fast. This is not a problem of the phone. Your GSM phone is very intelligent and if it detects low signals, phone it self communicate with the nearest base stations very frequently and try to get the maximum signal strength. This cause the phone to operate at a higher power level than needed, thus shortening talk and standby time.

  10. Do not use harsh chemicals, cleaning solvents, or strong detergents to clean the phone.

  11. Do not charge the phone or connect the charger to the power source during the lightning's and under frequent voltage fluctuations of the power source.

  12. Use only the supplied or an approved replacement antennas and other accessories. (Batteries, Chargers, HF kits etc.) unauthorized antennas or other accessories could damaged the phone.
